It's getting to be that time of year again. My favorite time of year actually, I (like my friend Kate) was not fond of the start of school (although I suspect I dreaded it for much different reasons then she did) But Autumn is my absolute favorite time of year. The leaves on the trees start turning, there's a slight chill in the air and Au Bon is making Pumpkin Soup one of their regular soups on the menu.
I know it doesn't look great so sue me, I took the picture with my phone but it's a little sweet with clove and cinnamon and has carrot and onion in it as well it's amazing.
Yes you name it I love it. Everything autumn soon my house will be decorated in mum plants and pumpkins and smell of cinnamon and cloves and baked zucchini and it will be lovely.

Yeah, I still don't know what it is . . . I love Autumn, but I just think it's sad too. It is irrefutably the most beautiful season though, hands down.
I haven't seen you much! Are we missing each other, or are you just that busy with your show? We still haven't officially planned a bonfire, but will definitely let you know when we pick a date to do it. Our burn pile is out of control!
