I figured out what the problem was with my phone, (all by myself) not really Dave suggested it. I deleted his contact info and re-entered it and it worked perfectly. I still need to do the software upgrade. Translation Adam needs to do the software upgrade cause that's right I'm still a techno moron.

My cell died long ago. I get dirt in it all the time and the speaker has died. Its doesn't ring very loud anymore and there is no loudspeaker. Its shit.

I'm sorry that your cell is shit, I can see where you would have problems as my husband is in the same kind of work as you. I can't keep track of how many time he's smashed that thing cause he's forgotten that it's in his pocket or something like that. My phone however is not acutally shit I just don't really know how to use it.
