Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen

I know I probably don't have to say it but I am SPOILER!!

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen
Another classic tale of good vs. evil and in the end good always wins.

Starring
Shia Le Bouf (Sam Witwicky)
Meghan Fox (Mikaela Banes)
Ramon Rodriguez (Leo Spitz, The roommate)
Josh Duhamel (Major Lennox)
John Turturro (Agent Simmons)

it's is slightly drawn out but interesting enough to keep your attention for the length of the movie
(which by the way is 2 hours and 30 minutes)

The movie starts with Sam getting ready to leave for College (and his mother having a mental break down cause "her baby is leaving") And Mikaela calling to break up cause she doesn't want to try the long distance thing. Don't fret they don't break up. However Sam finds a piece of "the cube" (if you've seen the first Transformers you know exactly what I am talking about) well he finds a piece of this cube on his shirt and drops it (through the floor cause it's radio active duh!?) and this shard brings to life all of the electronics in the kitchen of Sams home, Chaos and craziness ensue. Big explosions, fires and attacks. Bumble bee comes out of the garage to "help" (bumble bee another character that as long as you've see the first one you're good) Fire Department the whole nine yards. Basically resulting in a full house re-model. Sam stores the cube shard in a metal container and gives it to Mikalea to hold for safe keeping.

So Sam gets to College and starts seeing things (symbols specifically) and starts freaking out (at parties, in the middle of class) OH did I mention that his roommate (Leo) is a conspiracy therorists? He and his cohorts find videos of the unusual and crazy (Transformers attacks) and post them on the web. Little does he know he is about to find out how real all of this is.

Sorry back to the seeing things part, it's from coming in contact with the shard by the way. And a girl that also goes to the same school (Alison) starts to take interest in Sam when she sees this (yep she's a bad guy in disguise.) And is found in a compromising position with Sam when Mikaela comes to visit cause (you guessed it) she's got a decepticon trapped in her luggage that has been spying on her becuase the fallen knows that she has the "cube shard". (technically there was only one known cube shard on earth it was kept in a secret location and locked away. The decepticons however have sneaky ways of getting information and "hacking" into government systems they of course find where this shard is and steal it)

So bumble bee comes to the school and picks up Sam, Mikaela, Simmons and Leo and they go to Egypt (actually I think they get dropped in Egypt by a decepticon ship)

Lets face it this movie review sucks, and it's not that it wasn't a good movie it was great (with a capital G) but for some reason I am having a hard time getting it together and writing this post.

The army comes (with Optimus Prime) he's dead he died saving Sam and there is a "Key" that can turn on this huge riduculous killing machine that was built by robots (which is why they are in Egypt that's where it is DUH) or it could bring Optimus Prime back to life.

To shorten this Optimus Prime is back the bad guys are dead and all is normal (ish) again.

Sorry guys this post is very uninspired. I probably shouldn't post it at all. I think it's partly that I was just outside and that's all I can think about now is getting the heck out of this office and out from behind my desk and basking in the afternoon sun.

Next Movie

I am excited about this one and hopefully the review will not be so BLAH.

Good Mosh Pitting!!
